Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead, hanging in his Mumbai residence on June 14. The actor allegedly died by suicide and no suicide note was found. It was a few days before Sushant's demise, that his former manager Disha Salian had died after reportedly falling off a highrise building in Mumbai’s Malad. As Disha died within a week of the actor’s demise, their sudden deaths are fuelling conspiracy theories. Now, Rajput’s lawyer reacts to the actor’s connection with Disha Salian’s death. SSR’s lawyer calls the connection to Salian’s demise as bizarre and illogical.
Speaking with India Today, Sushant Singh Rajput’s lawyer Priyanka Khimani, who started working with the late actor since 2019 said that she barely knew who Disha Salian was. Khimani said, “I never met Disha. It is absolutely bizarre and illogical. I did not have any interaction or email exchange. I remember reaching out to Sushant that your name is being dragged into it when this news broke out. This is how much we knew her. I had no interaction with her.”
Priyanka Khimani called the connection of Disha Salian’s death to that of the late actor bizarre and illogical. She mentioned about not having any interaction or email exchange with Disha Salian. Khimani also said that when the news about Salian’s death broke out, she had reached out to Sushant about his name being dragged into it. Talking about knowing Disha Salian, Sushant’s lawyer revealed that the late actor and she knew the manager only that much and had no interaction with her.

Meanwhile, Sushant’s friend and flatmate Siddharth Pithani had shared in an interview with Zoom TV how the late actor was deeply distressed about being linked to Salian’s demise when he heard about it. Pithani also revealed that Rajput has only met Disha once in his life. On the other hand, speaking with Mid-Day, Disha Salian’s father said that his daughter met Sushant once, only for an hour.
